DCNRHS' Franklin Inn and Dover Harbor were chartered by the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society for the Memorial Day Weekend trips from Lewistown, PA, around Horseshoe Curve, and return that featured former Nickel Plate No. Steam Locomotive No. 765.   Dover Harbor was given the position of honor in the train as the last car.

Both Franklin Inn and Dover Harbor were originally Pennsylvania Railroad cars.
